Developer terms

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you publish AIPs to the TIMES marketplace. By creating a developer organization you accept them.

1. Your account

Keep your credentials and tokens secret. You are responsible for everything done with your organization, including actions by members and tokens you create.

2. Your AIPs

You keep ownership of your code. You give TIMES the right to host, review, display and distribute each published version to merchants.

3. Review

Every version is reviewed before it goes live. TIMES may reject, unpublish or suspend an AIP that breaks the review guidelines or puts merchants at risk.

4. Revenue and payouts

You receive 80% of net revenue. Earnings stay pending for 14 days. TIMES may hold payouts while a refund, chargeback or verification is open.

5. Merchant data

Use merchant data only to provide the features your listing describes. Do not sell it, share it or send it to hosts you have not disclosed.

6. Ending the agreement

You can delete your organization at any time. Published AIPs stay available to merchants who already installed them for 90 days unless TIMES removes them for safety.
